AI authoring workflow

AI agents produce presentations from the executable schema and shared design system, without changing the rendering engine.

1. Establish the brief

Determine the audience, language, message, slide count, and source facts. Do not fabricate metrics or sources, and label illustrative data clearly.

2. Author structured content

Start from init, keep only schema-supported fields, and pick layouts by purpose. Use plain strings rather than Markdown or HTML.

3. Preview, export, and validate

Review the fixed canvas for clipping, contrast, missing images, and density. Fix layout errors and investigate warnings instead of hiding them.

4. Report evidence honestly

State which checks ran and what remains unverified. Describe charts as editable bars, and never claim pixel perfection, embedded fonts, or a PowerPoint review that did not happen.
